It's official!!!

Madison is completely potty trained!!! She has been "pee" trained for a while now but was having a hard time because she would hold the other for a week at a time. Until last week when it hurt so bad and I made her sit on the potty to do it. Now, she's been an angel and going every single day! She's awesome!

So now I'm officially crazy though. I have both kids out of diapers and now I'm going to be starting all over again! Silly me! What was I thinking?!!?!! LOL

Well Owen is almost ready!!!

We have been getting ready for Kindergarten. I'm a BIG HUGE advocate that if you have your child prepared as much as possible for Kindgergarten, that you can have them go further and really enjoy school. That's my theory anyways.

So he has learned his ABC, Counts to about 14, knows his name, his sisters full name, mommy's name, daddy's name, phone number, where he lives, all his colors, shapes, etc.

Things we still need to work on...

Identifying ABC (he's most but not all yet)
Identifying his numbers (he's getting better with a little game I like to call GO FISH!)
Knowing his full address and not just the town he lives in

So we are getting there! I can't believe a few more months and he will be going to Kindergarten!!

Baby Update

I had a doctors appointment today. The baby's heartbeat was 167 (shut up mom, it's not a girl) :) That is totally normal for ANY sex at this point. :) We had a hard time finding it at first because it wouldn't sit still long enough for the doppler to pick it up but then it stopped moving around and it was nice and strong! YEAH!

Oh and I have gained HALF a POUND! WHOOHOO! 12 weeks today!!

Wow, time only flies by when you are having fun right?!
Well, Owen is now 5 years old. It's really hard to believe that he will be going to Kindergarten in the fall! :)

We had a really great birthday party at a bowling alley. We invited 7 of his friends from school and 5 of them came. Plus, neices and nephews made 11 children! It was really great! They took 1 hour 15 minutes to actually bowl one game. But, we did cake and ice cream and opened presents and had a blast. All those who missed it really missed out. :) Owen wants to do it again next year. :)

That I haven't been around much lately? I'll give you one clue as to why....

I'm CONSTANTLY sick! BLAH!

Yes, folks, I'm pregnant, again. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant.

The baby is doing great but I am not myself. I am just really sick all the time. I feel worthless and not able to do a whole lot.

I also have a hemorrage and am on limited duty. This requires that I not even lift my own daughter. It makes it really hard as she wants me to and I just can't. Things are fine and I should be okay by mid February (hopefully).

So there's our latest news. Pray all goes well. And also pray it's a boy so I don't have a disappointed son. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to all! We have been spending the week going to see family. We spent Wednesday with Hal's family and tomorrow will be spent with my family. Fun time. :~) Hal and I went Black Friday shopping this morning at 5am. It was really fun to get to do that as we have never had a babysitter to do it before today. We got the kids some really great stuff that I'm really excited to give to them. I can't wait to go out and shop again!
